You are welcome to contact us anytime 24 hours, 7 days a week. The best way to reach us is by email. If you send an email, we typically reply within 2 business days (often within only a few hours).

As it is our goal to be the most affordable international volunteer organization. In order to offer you the best value possible, we have to keep administrative/overhead costs as low as possible. For this reason, we may be away from the front desk at times for other responsibilities and we kindly ask for your understanding. If you wish to speak over the phone, please email us to book a telephone appointment. If your phone number is within Canada and the US, we should be able to arrange a time to have a telephone conversation with you.

When you contact us, you should expect a reply within 2 business days. If you don’t get a reply within 2 business days, your message may have gone to the junk folder. In that case, it is recommended to send us another email from a different email service provider to make sure that we get your email.

In addition, after you enroll and during your program in the foreign country, we will provide you a 24/7 phone number for local support. The 24/7 number for local support should not be used in the middle of the night (local time in the destination country) unless it is an absolute emergency. This local support number is meant to work 24/7 for emergency, but at times signal may be bad especially when travelling to rural locations. If your call went unanswered, please leave a text message with a local call back number so that the local coordinator can return your call.

We have team members who speak English, Spanish, and Mandarin (Chinese), you may ask general questions using any of these languages. However, it is required for all volunteers to be able to communicate in English.
